After our mind blowing performance at the Hotel
Utah some months earlier, we were called back to play a gig with Bay Area Ska
legends Monkey and the Headlands Band.... With the Bermuda Triangle Service's
Adam (last name still unknown) joining us on drums after the departure of
Michael Walsh, this show was just as good - if not better, than our last Hotel
Utah performance. We also took this opportunity to debut three new tracks; "You
of All People" - a track about getting together with old family members -
turned republican and a cover of the Mountain Goats' "Twin Human Highway
Flares". Oh yeah, and there was also a cover of "What is Truth?" - a tribute to
the late Johnny Cash and ironically also the song that the last Content
Providers CD is named after. |
